WIND - Carrie LaChance laughs as her umbrella inverts due to high winds Sunday on water street in Augusta ME. LaChance and her husband Nathaniel, were taking advantage of the wind and rain from Tropical storm Irene to film a fashion video in front of their store, ArchEnemys. The couple continued to film despite the collapsed umbrella.
