Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason simply submit a return within 14 days of purchase. A prepaid return label will be provided. If you have any questions regarding submitting a return please contact our customer support team. Free return shipping within the US.

We accept returns within 14-days of purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in their original condition, packaging, invoice, bag, accessories if applicable, and original shipping container.

CarrieLaChance.com reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that it feels does not meet the above requirements or conditions. Return shipping outside the US is paid for by the  customer.

After receiving your complaint of illegal or non consensual Content under section 2, (1) we will take those steps as we consider to be appropriate to investigate your complaint within a timeframe that is appropriate to the nature of your complaint; (2) if we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know; (3) we will resolve your complaint within five business days; (4) if we are satisfied that the Content is unlawful or non consensual, we will immediately remove that Content, and we will notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message; and (5) if we are satisfied that the Content is not unlawful or non consensual, we will notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message. Content Removal Policy

Carrie LaChance operates www.carrielachance.com (“Carrie LaChance”) and qualifies as a “Service Provider” within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Accordingly, it is entitled to certain protections from claims of copyright infringement under the DMCA, commonly referred to as the “safe harbor” provisions. We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Thus, we observe and comply with the DMCA, and have adopted the following Notice and Takedown Policy relating to claims of copyright infringement by our users.

Appeals

In case of a disagreement the disagreement will be resolved by a neutral body at merchants expense.

Bombshell is committed to preventing any use of its platform to facilitate, promote, or profit from human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or forced labor.

Identification and Risk Controls

• KYC and AML procedures ensure all creators are real, consenting adults acting of their own free will.

• Payments are verified and monitored for irregularities, multiple account links, or coercion patterns.

• Staff receive anti-trafficking awareness training annually.

Response and Reporting

• If human trafficking is suspected, Bombshell will immediately suspend associated accounts and escalate to appropriate authorities, including the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) or international equivalents.

• Bombshell maintains a secure record of all reports and investigations.

Enforcement

Any user or creator found violating these policies will face immediate suspension, permanent account termination, and potential legal action.  Bombshell reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement and share necessary data for prosecution
